Dear Sir,

This is with regard to the paid air-time program TUBURAN SA MERWASCO being
aired at Lite FM 103.7 every Wednesday morning. We appreciate your consistent effort
and hard work in keeping the people of Medina especially the member-owner-consumers
informed of the activities and programs of MERWASCO through the aforementioned air-
time program.

However, it has been brought to my attention that TUBURAN SA MERWASCO has

been aired on a regular basis for some time now notwithstanding the lack of prior
authorization from the Board of Directors or a Memorandum of Agreement entered into
between Lite FM 103.7 and MERWASCO. It has also come to my knowledge that there
is allegedly no approved budget allocation and mode of payment for the said air-time
program.

In this regard, I would like to respectfully request your good office to comment on the
possible holding in abeyance of the airing of the program for the alleged lack of the
required approval.

Please be assured that we are more than willing to continue the airing of TUBURAN SA
MERWASCO and be your partner in your drive for information dissemination. Thank
