This design is designed in accordance with the steel structure design code
(GB50017-2003) and the technical code for steel structure of portal rigid frame light
buildings (GB 51022-2015);
2. Material: The steel plate and section steel not specifically indicated are Q235 steel,
and the electrode is E43XX series electrode;
3. The splicing connection of the components adopts high-strength bolts of 10.9 friction
type connection, and the treatment of the connection contact surface adopts
sandblasting to generate red rust;
4. The concrete strength grade of the column base is C30, and the anchor bolt steel is
Q235 steel; the minimum anchoring length of the anchor bolt is la=20*d (anchor bolt
diameter);
5. The minimum foot size of fillet welds not indicated in the figure is 5mm, and they are
all fully welded;
6. The weld quality of butt welds shall not be lower than Class II;
7. The production and installation of steel structure shall be carried out in accordance
with the relevant regulations of the steel structure engineering construction and
acceptance code (GB50205);
8. After removing rust on the surface of the steel component, use two layers of red lead
to make the bottom. The fireproof grade of the component should be treated according
to the construction requirements.
