You are hereby designated as the ESP School Leader of Dolores Elementary School, Capas East District for
School Year 2021-20212. The respective designation will not affect in any way your regular teaching loads
so as not to hamper your duties and responsibilities to your pupils and shall not entail additional
remuneration.

You are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to your designation and such other
related function as may be assigned and will doing so until such time that this is revoked.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attends scheduled meeting of ESP leaders at the District/ Division Office.
2. Meets and updates ESP teachers of the School Programs,Thrust and Projects.
3. Initiates / Manages/ Organize activities in ESP.
4. Submit Accomplishment Report/ Activity Completion Report to the school and District.
5. Submit Achievement Rate to the school and District.
6. Reports to the school year plan of activities and programs.
7. Performs other tasks that may be delegated/ assigned to the area of leadershi
