Gentlemen,
We have conducted an inspection yesterday morning (December 3, 2021) at 12F and 1F of Tower
Four with SHAREPRO ~ Arch. Keith Antonio and Engr. Mark Saturnino, ATMCI ~ Arch. Ana Gondra,
CECON Team headed by Arch. Jullus Moral and other tradecon representatives. This is to identify
thoroughly the common punchlists that are mostly visible and unacceptable with Pro Office team.
With the numerous punchlists on 14F and 15F which was used as reference and this was also
repetitive on 12F and 11F.
With this, we are requesting to put enough manpower to properly address all concern items and to
continue the inspection of Pro Office in the most acceptable manner.
