HIGHLIGHTS
 Every Monday is the regular session
 Order of Agenda
 Opening of session the symbolic like Prayer,National Anthem,Scripture
Reading,Baguio March, ETC.
 Order of Business talk about the invitations, they invite resource person.
 Tackled committee reports after that they will have matters of referral
committee.
 They will have another agenda that is called “Another Matter”.
 Citizens Forum where the citizen can talk about their problem and they
will have 5 minutes to talk about their concerns. Then, Closing prayer and
adjournment.

QUESTIONS RAISED
What is your advice for the Young Politician?
My advice for the young politician just focus and remember why you
are there and just served the people with all your heart. It is good you start
young and just sell your platform to your municipality.
What we should expect in our On-the Job training?
It is now the application of the concept that we learn.
When is the right time to have public consultation?
As we upholding the principle of good ordinance and public
consultation, what is the necessary is that ordinance has a penal provision or
ordinance pertaining to taxes we should have the public consultation.

I learned that only experience is the best teacher because aside from
school we can gain the true knowledge in the field. School teach us the
concept but the application is in the job. I just learned that we need that to
follow the parliamentary procedure and the consultation where is very
important because we can express ourselves to the legislature of our city or in
our municipality.
