Patoc Elementary School as an institution under the Department of Education is on the

implementation phase of BRIGADA PAGBASA S.Y. 2021-2022 – a program that focuses on
developing reading and comprehension skills of our learners. In addition to its mission, the
school head and the teachers in lined with the said program crafted an innovative project “RLM
(Reading and Learning Materials) Patrol”.

This project involves creative delivery of learning materials to all the learners in Patoc Bucay,
Abra. In this regard we would like to request for your partnership in the said project as we both
have the same goal of exercising quality service to people especially the youth and the children
of our municipality. We would like to invite you in the launching of this project on November
18, 2021, 9:00 o’clock in the morning at Patoc Elementary School, Patoc Bucay, Abra.
