INSIGHTS ON THE WEBINAR

I believed that the Webinar about library resources was needed, especially for us.

It taught us things that will help us in our research project. On the first part of the Webinar,

it talks about their online services that I was not aware of before, specifically the virtual

reference services such as the e-document delivery, digital chat service, online

transactions or appointments, access to e-resources and databases, inter-library loan,

online book renewal, and online book recommendations. I learned that for us to get an

online appointment, we can sign-up for it anytime and avail of all the library services,

which is good. I also learned about their offline services and online activities. I also

learned about their borrowing policy and how there will be no fines or monetary sanctions

for overdue books. The second part talks about the core components of an APA reference

and the 13 databases. These 13 databases will be beneficial for us to get related literature

for our study. I appreciate how Ma'am Gultiano discussed those databases one by one

and how we can access those databases. Overall, I believe that the Webinar would be

beneficial for us.
