MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO.

SECTION 1.TITLE.This Ordinance shall be known as, AN ORDINANCE

AMENDING SECTION 3 – UPGRADING THE SALARY GRADES OF THE NURSES
POSITIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE ________________: “AN
ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITIONS OF ONE (1) MEDICAL
TECHNOLOGIST I, SALARY GRADE 11, ITEM NO. 19 AND ONE (1) NURSE I,
SALARY GRADE 15, ITEM NO. 20,UPGRADING THE SALARY GRADES OF THE
NURSES POSITIONS IN THE MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE CONSISTENT WITH
THE ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN AND PERSONNEL STAFFING PATTERN OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ________________________,AND APPRORIATING
FUNDS THEREFOR.”

SECTION 2.AMENDMENT.Section 3. Upgrading the Salary Grades of the

Nurses Positions is hereby amended to read as follows:

POSITIONS.The existing position attributes of the following classes of Nurse
Positions in the Municipal Health Office (MHO) are hereby modified:

SECTION 3.SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If, for any reason, any section or

provision of this ordinance or any part thereof, or the application of such section,
provision or portion is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remainder thereof shall
not be affected by such declaration.

SECTION 4.REPEALING CLAUSE. All existing ordinances, resolutions,

memoranda and policies inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
modified accordingly.

SECTION 5.EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE.This Ordinance shall take effect upon its

approval.
