2. From your points of view, is it worth for small industries apply an ISO 9000 certificate
for their company? State your reasons.
The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems (QMS) is a set of standards that
assist companies in ensuring that they fulfil the expectations of customers and other
stakeholders while adhering to legislative and regulatory obligations. The basics of QMS,
including the seven quality management concepts that underpin the ISO 9000 family of
standards, are addressed in ISO 9000. ISO 9001 outlines the standards that businesses
must meet in order to comply with the standard. Organizations can use third-party
certification bodies to get independent proof that they are meeting ISO 9001 regulations.
ISO 9001 has been independently certified by over one million enterprises throughout the
world, making it one of the most frequently utilised management tools in the world today.
The ISO certification procedure, on the other hand, has been criticised as wasteful and
ineffective for all firms. from my view yes it is worth for small industries apply an ISO
9000 certificate for their company because It accomplishes this through enhancing
production and efficiency and, as a result, lowering internal expenses. The most well-
known advantages of ISO 9000 are: Gain a competitive edge in the industry; Assists in
the development and expansion of business into new and worldwide markets; Increases

3. Describe the benefits of having ISO/TS 16949 certificate. State the types of industry that
are suitable for applying that certificate.
ISO/TS 16949 is an international standard for quality management systems. The ISO
16949 certification for quality management systems in the automobile sector is a
worldwide recognised standard. The International Automobile Task Force (IATF) created
this TS Certification to assist bring standard procedures in the automotive sector to a
worldwide level. The organisational benefits of ISO/TS 16949:2009 include the ability to
meet multiple customer quality requirements with one quality system, increased business,
improved time and material utilisation, improved efficiency and profitability, increased
customer satisfaction, quality improvement and timely delivery, improved quality control
and processes, improved performance from suppliers, clearly defined personnel
responsibilities, and a useful reference. decreased reject rates, rework, and warranty costs

certification is one of the most essential certificates awarded to industries or businesses
who manufacture automotive goods in accordance with IATF's regulations and protocols.
