Project Manager

In executing the this Project, the requirement experience and skills of the Project are as follow:

 Have minimum 10 (ten) years experience in Remote Sensing or GIS Data Management;
 Most of the Projects executed by PT. XXXXXX started in XXXX were in surveying,
mapping, and GIS fields. MR. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX joined PT. XXXXXX in 2004 and
were directly involved in finding projects for PT. XXXXXX. The beauty of
marketing, it was not just marketing, but you must have technical aspects
related to your product, general administration rules, and complete product
knowledge. The mapping projects executed by PT. XXXXXX was mostly based on
Remote Sensing products, such as Digital Aerial Photography and Satellite
Images. More than 10 (ten) years working for PT. XXXXXX, MR.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has managed more than 60 (sixty) Projects related in Remote
Sensing and GIS Data Management.
MR. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX began his career at PT. XXXXXX in Marketing, whereas
product knowledge must be well informed by the management so that the
marketing activities will be achieved according to the target set by the Company.
He brought new information concerning the technology that could be adopted
to create better production workflow. This scenario will later bring the increase
to the productivity, easier QA and QC, and better GIS Data Management at PT.
XXXXXX itself and this has been created for the last 12 (twelve) years.
 Thus, based on the Experience, MR. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is in-line with the
requirement of having minimum 10 (ten) years experience in Remote Sensing or
GIS Data Management.
 Have expertise in Quality Control, Management Data and Engineering purposes;
 In 2004, MR. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has already made the relationship with foreign
big companies as the main players in Geospatial industries, they are: The
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX nd many more. The more important thing in
this relationship was the technology transfer, including all of the documented
procedures starting from QA and QC documentation, Data Management, and
 Engineering purposes that could be used to strengthen existing procedure at PT.
XXXXXX. These materials are used to control the productions, organize data, and
create some innovations to increase productivity with very efficient way.
 Thus, based on the Experience, MR. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is in-line with the
requirement of having the expertise in Quality Control, Management Data and
Engineering purposes.
 Capable to understand requirement of the specification, the reference document and
the SCOPE of SERVICES;
 Before we decided to participate on every procurement, we must understand
the user's requirements first and be able to bid, thus, looking at MR.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX experience, this requirement above is the main thing in order
to understand client's needs. Thus, this requirement above is fulfilled by MR.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX experience.
 Have a complete awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment Rules;

 Able to produce precise, factual and reliable reports of activities in English;

 Familiar with Image Processing and GIS Software;

 Able to work in a team and have a good personality;

Being able to fulfill the requirements above, Project Manager will have the following
responsibilities:

 To ensure all of the SERVICES operations comply with all COMPANY specifications and
regulations;
 To ensure all SERVICES and the Satellite Image and Data are managed and documented;
 To ensure all SERVICES reports of HSE and Quality Management are reliable and
correctly treated;
 To manage and execute any COMPANY service requisition;
 To maintain regular coordination with COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE;
 To provide Technical and Monthly report to COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE;
 To arrange periodic HSE Committee Meeting
