Greetings!

We would like to request your good office for the augmentation of our existing swab team. We need
another 3 trained health personnel on oropharyngeal swabbing in addition to our 2 trained nurses since our
Medical Technoligist has been quarantined due to exposure to seven (7) confirmed patients. We are
conducting mass swabbing every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 o’clock in the morning. We will be
providing all the necessary personal protective equipment.
