The deponent solemnly declares as under:

1. That he/she will perform/pursue academic responsibilities with full commitment throughout
his/her academic session in the University.
2. That he/she will not indulge in political/ subversive activity of any kind.
3. That he/she will not cause, abet, and allow the entry or stay of expelled students and
antisocial elements in the campus.
4. That he/she will not bring, place, keep any type of weapons or any harmful material within
the University premises.
5. That he/she will never indulge in any kind of unfair-means, malpractice in examination. That
he/she not participate in activities deemed to be insulting for the University teachers, officials
and students. That he/she not damage, misuse the property, buildings, equipment’s and
vehicles pertaining to the University.
6. The deponent declares on oath that if he/she violates the terms of undertaking he/she may be
expelled from the University without notice. The finding of the University authorities in this
respect shall not be challenged by in any court of law him/her
7. That he/she will on revelation or discovery at any stage, before or after graduation, of forged,
fake, and/or tempered degree, certificate, documents, or any incorrect information provided
by him/her, he/she shall stand expelled from university, graduate status become null and
void, or any decision made by university authorities. Furthermore he/she will be liable to
legal action, even leading to imprisonment, as provided in the law and he/she will also stand
disqualified to seek admission in any university of Pakistan, as may deem suitable by the
university authorities.
8. First year students having supply/compartment in maximum two subjects will be
allowed for admission in BS programs and will be considered pass in intermediate
examination (or otherwise) as per policy of the government.
9. 3rd year students having supply/compartment in maximum of two subjects will be
allowed for admission in IUB. However, they will have to pass their failed subjects as
per policy of concerned University.
10. The admission as per clause (8) & (9) ante will be considered as provisional and any
policy in this regard will be applicable on students accordingly.

affirmation that to the best of his knowledge whatever is declared above by his son/daughter
Mr./Ms. Mr. _________________ is true, that it conceals nothing and that no part of it is false.
That the deponent also undertakes that findings of the head of institutions under his seal and
signature with regard to violation of the oath by the deponent shall be final and shall be
questioned in any court of law.
