Objective: To Control Allergens in the Plant

Our company is committed to controlling the use, storage and labeling of allergens in the plant, in our products
and on labels.

Allergens listed in the Canada Food and Drugs act are:

 Peanuts
 Tree Nuts *
 Sesame Seeds
 Eggs *
 Soybeans *
 Milk *
 Various grains and flours *
 Fish
 Shellfish
 Sulphites (>10 ppm) *

* Denotes allergens approved for use and purchase by management of the Company.

Anaphalaxis and sensitivities are a major concern to our company and our clients and are to be controlled to
our best ability at all times. It is the responsibly of each employee to follow our company’s allergen program
and all other company procedures and policies to assure control of allergens.

Controls and procedures in place for the control of allergens are included in;

 Allergen policy and program


 Risk assessment through hazard analysis
 Formulation control
 Ingredient management
 Process controls
 Packaging management
 Label control
 Employee training
