Robert E. Katz (1955, p. 34) suggested that effective administration (i.e., leadership) depends
on three basic personal skills: Technical, Human, and Conceptual.

Technical Skills:
This skill includes proficiency in specific type of work, ability to work with things based on
specific knowledge. It is necessary at lower /middle management, less used in upper/senior
management.. Honestly as my technical skill is not superb, I am trying to improve it by
subscribing technical site and magazines, developing knowledge of a second language,
watching vedios in youtube and practicing what I learned. But I can contribute to an
organization with my basic proficiency in office software like Microsoft office and google docs
and social media management.

Human Skills:
Human skills include the ability for managers to work with, motivate, encourage, empathize, and
communicate with their employees.I can contribute in organisation best as I hold many notable
skills here, Alhamdulillah . For example,
Time management -
I am used to keep a to do list, rank my tasks, manege distraction and try to being structured and
self-aware.
Management skills:
I am used to take responsibility when problem arise with the best submission if this problem
arise for any deed of mine.
Communication skill:
I can speak clearly and confidently, write and speak. Alhamdulillah
Self-confidence :
I can take belief in my ability, actions and decisions.Alhamdulillah
Adaptability :
I can adjust quickly and easily to new things.Alhamdulillah
Integrity:
I do what is right and tell the truth, even if doing so presents challenges. I always to keep myself
pure and stand by my values.

Work ethics:
I am hard-working, Alhamdulillah and try to ensure reliability, responsible, quality and
determination in my goal.
I am an active listener and try to show respect toward the opinions of all.
Honesty:
I always try to keep myself responsible for my assigned tasks and want to complete my assigned
tasks with honesty and with own efforts.
Ability to work under pressure :
I try to keep myself calm in crisis and not becoming too overwhelmed or stressed.
My other human skills are determination and persistence, commited, punctual and eagerness to
add their knowledge base and skill by networking or observing others.
Also, I can contribute in the organization with my good judgement, flexibility,ability to
trust others, a great sense of humor, good manners and ability to be supportive.

Conceptual Skills:
These skills allow managers to evaluate situations and develop alternative courses of action.It
includes ability to work with ideas and concepts, strategic plans & it is most important for top
managers.
Creativity and Innovation:
I love to think differently and become delighted when get out something new. For example, I
participated in Hult prize idea generation program, 2018, regarding giving a business idea to
create 10000 employment within 10 years. I gave an idea and it was finalized, I provided the idea
in spite of strong criticisms of my groupmate and took the challenge of presenting that alone.
Conflict resolution:
I can minimize conflict by ignoring, motivating or making understand about the situation.
Analytical Research skills:
Alhamdulillah, I have required patience and interest for doing resarch and finding something
new.
Tactfulness/ Thinking as a whole :
I try to realise that not everyone reacts in same way & people are simply unique.
Others are creative and critical thinking , logical thinking etc.
