Organizational skills will help you keep things in position. They make managing workload,
schedule and files easy (Sheahan, 2018). Being organized can also reduce the clutter on desk
so that one can be more productive in your workspace (Huntington, 2021).

By dividing skills into three categories I am finding out my skills that I can contribute
towards my organization (Three Types of Skills Classification , 2012). These are-

1. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
 Facilitate discussions
 Meet deadline
 Host
 Interact with people
 Public speaking
 Work with team

2. PERSONAL TRAITS/ATTITUDES:

 Pragmatic
 Self-esteem
 Type-B personality
 Extrovert

3. KNOWLEDGE BASED SKILLS:

 Conceptual thinking
 Analytical skill
 Negotiation skill
 Ability to deal with ambiguity
