Organizational skills are skills that allow employee to use resources efficiently and effectively. Being
organized means manage time, energy and workspace well and can accomplish all your assigned tasks
successfully. Important skills which contribute towards organization are:

Communication skills: Having strong communication skills is important in every industry at every
career level. Related communications skills include: active listening, Constructive criticism,
Interpersonal communication, Public speaking.

Leadership skills: Leadership skills are skills use when organizing other people to reach a shared
goal. Whether a management position or leading a project, leadership skills require to motivate others to
complete a series of tasks, often according to a schedule

Commercial awareness: This skill is in huge demand among business employers. In fact,
according to recruiters, commercial awareness is something that the majority of graduates lack.

Decision-making: Organized employees are skilled decision-makers. Making well-thought-out

decisions involves collecting all the necessary information, considering the consequences and
thinking ahead to predict outcomes.

Organization and delegation: As a manager you'll juggle multiple responsibilities, so

excellent organizational skills are vital.
Forward planning and strategic thinking :Setting priorities in line with company goals,
reviewing systems and policies, and attending training and managing the CPD activities of your
team.
