Learning a new skill will widen the opportunities; at the same time enable one as an individual.
During my undergraduate studies, I developed and learned some important skills. With these
skills, I can contribute any organizations. These skills are described below:

 Communication Skill: The ability to communicate information accurately, clearly and

as intended (The importance of good communication skills,” n.d.)
 Negotiation Skill: Strategic discussion that resolves an issue in a way that both parties
find acceptable (“Negotiation,” n.d.)
 Team Work: Abilities that allow you to work well with others during conversations,
projects, meetings or other collaborations (“What are teamwork skills?” n.d.)
 Leadership Skill: Ability to communicate well, motivate team, handle and delegate
responsibilities, listen to feedback, and have the flexibility to solve problems in an ever-
changing workplace (“Important Leadership Skills for Workplace Success,” n.d.)
 Analytical Ability: The ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and
make decisions (“What are Analytical Skills,” n.d.)
 Agile Skill: Ability to cut through unnecessary work and focus only on essential work.
Sound judgment under pressure and the ability to remain calm under stress (“Key Agile
Skills,” n.d.)
 Problem Solving Skill: Determine why an issue is happening and how to resolve that
issue
