I learned and developed some important skills when I was studying my undergraduate studies at
department of Management, University of Chittagong. Some important skills that I learned
describe here:

 Organization & Planning: Ability to Prioritisation of tasks and time management

 Motivation & Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic and motivated towards the work (“Why are

 Flexibility Skill: Ability to adapt to new situations, improvise, and shift strategies to

 Emotional Intelligence: The ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions
in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others,

 Technical Skills: Technical skills are the abilities, knowledge, or expertise required to
perform specific, job-related tasks. For example: Human Resource Management,
Management , Accounting, & Computer
 Communication Skill: Involve listening, speaking, observing and empathizing (“What
