PROGRAMME FOR GERMANY

more important than ever. Hospitals,
nursing homes and other care
facilities are always in search of
nursing personnel with various levels
of qualifications in order to meet the
increasing demand in the healthcare
and nursing professions. And this
demand is predicted to continue
growing in the coming years.

ELIGIBILITY
● BSc or Post BSc Nursing (Nursing with a duration of not less
than 4 years) OR

● Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a

duration of not less than 3 years OR

● MSc Nursing (Nursing with a duration of not less than 2 years)

● German Language B2 level certificate from GOETHE/TELC/OSD

● Minimum One year experience as a trained nurse

● Age under 45 years Old

Salary & Benefits

● €1500 - €1800 per month - For the first 3 months

● €2800 - €3200 - After getting the urkunde

● Monthly child benefit until your child reaches the age of 18

THE PROCESS
PREPARATION PHASE

● Pre-screening of candidates’ education and experience

● Language Training

● Shortlisting and interviewing by the Hospital

● Anerkennung Process

● Issuing of employment contract

PRE - DEPARTURE PHASE

● Successful completion of B2 Examination

● Apply for Employment Visa and Move to Germany

EMPLOYMENT AND EQUIVALENCE PHASE

● Begin employment as an assistant nurse on a reduced salary

● Apply for licence (urkunde - approx 3 months)

PERMANENT RESIDENCE PHASE

● Begin employment as a Registered Nurse on full salary

● Apply for Family reunion visa

● After 3 years apply for permanent residence in Germany
