identify key indicators. These assessments are used to determine intervention and enrichment for individual
students in the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model

● The goal of this project is to build personal connection and resiliency through education, partnership and action.
As the leader of the team, I helped to develop and implement a PD plan which focuses on the five values that
promote well-being of individuals: gratitude, connection, joy, compassion, resilience.

● PAGE (Peer Alliance Gender Equity) is dedicated to addressing achievement disparities in STEM education on
the basis of gender, race, class, ethnicity, disability, language, and sexual orientation at a systems level.
● This team analyzes the system and practices strategies for facilitating teamwork and collaboration; examine the
relationships between identity, systems of oppression, status, and cultural humility. Additionally, we engage
critically with questions of leading in complex systems and transferring knowledge to action in your unique
context.
