OM636 Bosch Ignition Switch

1) 0 1 (click) Power to instruments (connect terminal 15)

2) 1 2 (hold) Engage pre-heat (connect 19)
3) Push in, then 2 -3 (hold) Power to starter (connects 19,17)
4) Release, return to 1 (on)

NB Looks like pre-heat is still engaged when starter is turning, so preheat position may not
be needed. Fast start plugs may be damaged if heated for more than 10 sec?
