Elizabeth,

Thank you so much for your efforts in serving our students over the past 10 weeks. I like that you were proactive in
engaging the students based upon your observation and assessment of where improvements could me made. You
engaged with students in the discussion forum and question forums. This certainly helped to ease a good bit of
anxiety for the students, which is often very high in the Capstone Course. Additionally, over the past 10 weeks, you
maintained a professional demeanor with myself as well as the students. I so greatly appreciate you for that!

I wish you so much success in your future endeavors. I hope that you will consider nursing education. You certainly
have a great deal to add to the nursing profession.
