BAHAMIAN CONCHY CONCH FRITTERS
Island style fritters in our special blend of herbs, stuffed with conch.
CONCH BITES
Lightly battered chunky pieces of Conch, served with Tartar sauce.
GROUPER FINGERS
Grouper fingers served grilled or fried with tartar sauce.
SALADS
LUCAYAN GARDEN SALAD
Fresh cut greens with fried onions, served with our
house bacon cheddar ranch dressing.
TAINO SALAD
Spring mixed greens and Spinach salad with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes,
dried cranberries and red onions, served with Balsamic dressing.
CEASAR SALAD
Crisp Romanian lettuce with seasoned croutons, Parmesan cheese,
and Caesar dressing.
CHEF’S SALAD
A hearty combination of Turkey, Ham, Swiss and American
cheese with Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, egg and olives.
GREEK SALAD
Juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumber, sliced red onion, green pepper,
crumbled feta cheese and plump kalamata olives.
CHICKEN SALAD
Mouth watering chunks of chicken with walnuts, raisins, celery
and apples, served on a bed of lettuce.
