number is editable. In my personal information, my address student portal freedom
is incorrect and needs to be change but unfortunately it
cannot be change.
Subjects to be taken and prospectus are not found in the Not found in the page, but some subjects can be #7 Flexibility and efficiency 3
page. There should be a different button for the prospectus viewed in “My Grades” of use
to view the remaining subjects to be taken. However, the
subjects that are taken already can be viewed in “My
Grades”
Payment history is not found in the “My Account”. Users “My Account” #7 Flexibility and efficiency 3
may not know if they still have remaining balance. of use
Student-related forms are not found in the system. The Not found in the page #7 Flexibility and efficiency 3
system should have a different button for “Forms” so that of use
the users can download forms like request form.
“Login”, when we enter incorrect password or user, there is “Login” button in the home page #5 Error prevention 2
no suggestions or notification.
“Logout”. In logging out, there is no notification if you want “Logout” button #5 Error prevention 2
to leave or stay in the site.
Change picture icon is not clear and may not make sense to “Personal information” in the home page of the #1 Visibility of system status
