Meal
Breakfast 1/2 Glass of Lukewarm Water (Plain) Upon waking up before you brush your

6:45 Option 2: Ginger, Lemon & buttermilk Detox [thyroid) consume Detox Juice after a

Combination 2: 1 Bowl of Spinach Sautéed with
ghee & cumin seeds + Two Morsels of Quinoa /
Rice with Curd
Last Meal A glass of buttermilk or warm plain milk If you’re prone to cough or cold and
30 mins having sinusitis or asthma, go for plain
before bed warm milk else go with diluted buttermilk
Emergency Peanut Chikki/ In between the meals if there’s
Food Sesame Chikki/ unbearable hunger or craving for food.
