I. OBJECTIVE:
At the end of the lesson the pupils will able to:
a. Demonstrates fundamental construction skills in making a 3-dimensional craft and
expresses balance, artistic design, and repeated variation of decorations and colors.
b. Constructs 3-D craft using primary and secondary colors, geometric shapes, space, and
repetition of colors to show balance of the structure and shape.
c. Applies knowledge of colors, shapes and balance in creating paper beads.
II. SUBJECT MATTER:
Topic:
Sculpture 3-D/Papier Mache and paper beads
Reference:
Enjoying life through music, art, physical education and health p. 100-109
Materials:
Pencil, crayons, charts, marker, colored paper, glue, scissors and ruler
III. PROCEDURE:
A. Preliminary Activities:
Prayer, greetings and checking of attendance.
B. Motivation:
Let the children’s guess the correct word by using the pictures as clues.
C. Guide Question:
What is the difference between a 2D and a 3D art?
E. Generalization:
What do we call these three: color, shape, and space?
We call these elements.
How about the repetition and balance? We call them principles of arts.
IV. EVALUATION:

Make a DIY necklace or bracelet using beads.
