Selective Collective (FULL COLLECTIVE), SIMPLEX Operation
Controller: LG Elevator series LEHY-III elevator controller has been
Designed around 40396 microprocessor which makes the system
calculate faster and richer selection for field programming. The
controller adopts new network control technology. CPUs are
installed on each landing and car, which greatly reduces the
connection lines and interfaces among all the parts and makes the
system control more efficient and accurate. The printed circuit
boards in the controller adopts lower energy consumption
integrated SMD components and most worldly advanced surface
mounted technology to reduce the area of the PCB and power
consumption of the components and prolong the operation life of
the components.
Diagnosis program and backup system configured among
computers confirm the high reliability of communication among all
elevator parts. The software with logical calculation function is
installed in each computer which greatly enhances human-elevator
interface.

Owing to adoption of full function computer microprocessor in the


core of the hardware and latest advancements in digital electronics,

UNIQUE Feature of LG Elevator:


Next Landing: In case the elevator arrives at a floor but for some reason the doors
are prevented from fully opening, the doors will close. The elevator
will then move to another floor. When the doors are fully open at that
floor, the elevator will resume normal operation.

Repeated door close: In case the elevator doors cannot be closed completely due to some
obstacle, the doors will repeat its door closing actions to take off the
obstruction.

These two features eliminate 95% of all un-necessary breakdown of the lift
Operation thus reducing down time of lifts to a minimum.

modification of shaft for proper installation of lift.
