I, ROSALYN PEDRABLANCA PARILLA, of legal age, single Filipino, and

currently residing at Block 23,Barangay 31-D,Brgy. Piapi Blvd., Davao City, Island of
Mindanao, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
declare that:

1. That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of this
affidavit;
2. That I am the Head of our Family since my parents were no longer earning
due to health issues and age;

3. That this affidavit is not intended to defraud anyone nor to evade any pending
criminal, civil or administrative case as in any count or any quasi-judicial body;

4. That I execute this affidavit to attest the truth hereof to explain and inform
the proper authorities especially the NHA and for whatever legal purpose this
may serve.

AFFIDAVIT OF ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

I, JESUS L. VILLAGONZA JR., of legal age, married to Rosadelia B.

Villagonza Filipino, and currently residing at Quezon Boulevard., Davao City, Island of
Mindanao, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
declare that:

1. That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of this
affidavit;
2. That I am the Vendor of a parcel of land containing an area of Sixty Two
square (62)meters more or less covered by TCT No. T-342273 issued by
Registry of Deeds;
3. That in the DEED OF SALE notarized by Atty. Napoleon F. Sango, Notary
Public in Davao City, entered Doc.No. 04, Page No.02, Book No.97, Series of
2021, the name JESUS L. VILLAGONZA JR. was not indicated, only JESUS L.
VILLAGONZA where in-fact JESUS L. VILAGONZA JR. is TRUE AND CORRECT,
and that JESUS L. VILLAGONZA and JESUS L. VILLAGONZA JR. is one and
the same person;

4. That this affidavit is not intended to defraud anyone nor to evade any pending
criminal, civil or administrative case as in any count or any quasi-judicial body;

5. That I execute this affidavit to attest the truth hereof to explain and inform
the proper authorities especially the NHA and for whatever legal purpose this
may serve.
