COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Uncomplicated Inc. was founded in February 2002 with the intention of providing
high performance component parts for commercial and industrial use. Operating
from a small but purposely built facility comprising some 3000 sq. meter in size, our
company employs some 80 full time, highly qualified, workforce operating in 24/7
production schedule.

Uncomplicated Inc. key markets include wireless handsets, displays, PCs and
laptops. Our products are also optimized for numerous applications in a variety of
electronics markets, including medical, automotive, telecommunications, and military
ordnances.

Our management team are all founder members/owners of the company and are all
highly experienced, qualified individuals within the electronics industry and provide a
dynamic team for rapid response and problem solving
