With reference to the applications for empanelment of road safety/NSV consultant
received in ministry in response to above tender id it is brought to the notice of all

2. The empanelment of Safety Consultant is a continuous process. This list shall
be appended/ammended as and when empanelment of safety consultants is
carried out by Ministry in future.
 
3. The firm/team once empanelled shall remain valid for five years or till such
time they continue to satisfy the terms & conditions of this empanelment and
there is no material changes from their respective empanelment proposal,
whichever is earlier.
 
4. The performance appraisal of the road safety consultant shall be carried out
by the Road Safety Cell (Engineering) based on the reports of the concerned
Regional Officers of Ministry. In the event of defaults attributable to the
consultant for non-timely completion/poor performance of services, the
empanelment of consultant shall be liable for cancellation.
 
5. All the terms and conditions of the RFP vide Tender ID:
2020_MoRTH_568527_1 shall be adhered to by the empaneled safety
consultants.
 
5. This issue with the approval of Competent Authority.
