RESOLUTION NO. 1
Series of 2022

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING PAMOSAINGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

TO CONDUCT LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES WITH THE LEARNERS IN
SCHOOL”

WHEREAS, Pamosaingan Elementary School is still employing the Modular Distance

Learning – Print as its Learning Modality for School Year 2021-2022.

WHEREAS, despite all the means exerted by the teachers to still provide the learners
with the quality education they deserve amid this pandemic, findings revealed that for the last
school year 2020 – 2021, learners’ learning level and reading capabilities drastically dropped
from zero non-readers in the previous years to 35 struggling and non-readers at present.

WHEREAS, the school needs to sustain its performance to surpass the three consecutive
years surveillance validation after being recognized as Advance Level of Practice in the
implementation of School-Based Management

WHEREAS, Barangay Pamosaingan is after the welfare of its constituents particularly

the learners by providing them with quality education possible.

WHEREAS, this quality education can only be provided if teachers will conduct limited
Face-to-Face classes with the learners.

WHEREAS, the school at present has safety health equipment and materials for its
learners, teachers, parents and stakeholders so that health protocols can strictly be followed.

WHEREAS, Barangay Pamosaingan has NO recorded Covid cases for the last 6 months
already.

NOW THEREFORE, on the basis of the foregoing and upon motion by KAG. SINA J.
DIZON, Committee Chair on Education, duly seconded by all members of the council present,
it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request PAMOSAINGAN

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL to conduct LIMITED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES with the
learners in school.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution to Pamosaingan

Elementary School Officials for their information, guidance and approval.
