VIRTUAL IN-SERVICE TRAINING - DAY 5
INTERVENTION FOR BRIDGING LEARNING GAPS
AND INTENSIFYING LEARNING GAINS
MARCH 19, 2021
9:00AM-1:30PM VIA GOOGLE MEET

The meeting started at 9:05AM. Ms. Tee Jaye J. Capistrano, Guidance Coordinator
and Grade 8 EsP Teacher was assigned to lead as the Mistress of Ceremonies for the day.
The program started by a prayer led by Mrs. Hedivina P. Bernardino, Grade 10 EsP
Teacher. A Food for thought was shared by Mr. Reginald B. Adia, Guidance Coordinator and
Grade 8 EsP Teacher. Shared a quote and video about being Healthy inside and outside.

Attendance checking was done by the Mathematics department teachers thru

sending link from google forms for filling up. And a recap of what has happened during the 4
days In Service training and break away sessions per department done by Mrs. Analyn C.
Feliciano, Grade 9 EsP Teacher. After that, an energetic and body awakening virtual
wellness led by non-other than Mrs. Jennifer Nonato.

The Seminar proper started by Mrs. Ofelia L. Obenita, Master Teacher I and
Mathematics teacher as she discussed the internal audit findings, summary and
recommendations to each office audited and the ISO surveillance Audit Plan next month.
After which Ma’am Cynthia Borja join in as she encourages each office to accomplish each
findings and recommendations.

Afterwards, an Audio-Video recorded message from our dear School Division

Superintendent, Mrs. Cherrylou D. Repia, CESO V. Encouraging every teacher who
attended the INSET to always be a channel of positivity’s and inspiration to all learners.

Presentation of outputs by selected department, Science dept. for the Root-Cause

analysis presented by Mrs. Joesie V. Benito, followed by Mrs. Julie Anne Sombrero for the
Strategy and Project proposal. After Lunch, for the continuation of Seminar proper. Ms. Tee
Jaye J. Capistrano started the afternoon session with a mind games to energize the minds of
fellow teachers. After which the continuation of presentation of outputs, by this time its
MAPEH department, for the Root-Cause Analysis presented by Mr. Ruel Tirados, of Grade
10, followed by Mr. Louie Espinosa for the Project proposal, then Ms. Celina Grace Anne
Salangsang for the Learner Activity Sheets.

Awarding of best in Sporty Outfit from the wellness earlier this morning, are: Ma’am
Jockielou Tirados, Sir Allan Deleon, Sir Oliver Candelaria, and Ma’am Corazon Gimena.

Open forum and Announcement, followed by QATAME led by Mrs. Ofelia L. Obenita,
Master teacher of Mathematics Department. And the Awarding of certificates for all the
speaker during the 5 day In Service Training. The closing remarks were given by Ms.
Rosalie Nenette S. Barela, EsP Department Chairperson. Ms. Veronida M. Sta. Ana and Mr.
Reginald B. Adia were the chatbox moderators for that day.
