 Select the Smartview Ribbon in Excel, then select “Panel”:

 Choose to open the private connections:

 Select the dropdown carrot next to the arrow -> then select “all named connections”. Select the OEPRCONSOL
connection as shown 1,2,3 below:

For Hyperion Planning/ESSBASE users

ONLY* select the OEPRROLL Planning or
Essbase connection.
 Right-click the OEPRCONSOL connection and select “Modify connection”

 In the resulting dialog box, Enter the url: “https://epm.otis.com/hfmadf/officeprovider” as shown below:

For Hyperion Planning/ESSBASE users

ONLY *
Planning url:
https://epm.otis.com/
HyperionPlanning/SmartView

Essbase url:
https://epm.otis.com/aps/SmartView

 If prompted for a login, enter your LDAP ID and password:

 Open Servers, Open HFM_PR, then select the OEPRCONSOL application as shown below. Then click “Next”:
 For Hyperion Planning/ESSBASE users
ONLY *
Hyperion Planning:
Open Servers, Open epm.otis.com
select OEPRROLL click Next, Finish.
Hyperion Essbase:
Open Servers, Open EssbaseCluster-1,
Open OEPRROLL, Select FinStmt. Click
Next, Finish.

 Leave the name the same as “OEPRCONSOL” and click finish.
