Task 3
1) On the drive E:, create the W2_Name_ID folder to save all files.
2) Create a presentation from the wordOutline.docx outline.
3) Apply Fill - Gold, Accent 4, Soft Bevel WordArt Style to the title of all layouts in Slide
Master.
4) Apply Water droplets Background Style to the Title and Content layout.

5) For the Title and Text layout, insert date and time, slide number and the content “Trung
Tâm Tin Học” to the footer.
6) Close the Slide Master.
7) Apply the Title and Content layout to the slides 1, 3, 7, 13, 18, 22.

8) On slide 1, insert the Audio.mp3 audio file in the exercise folder.
9) Configure the audio to start automatically and hide while playing.
10)Insert a new slide after slide 24 with the Comparison layout.
11)On slide 25, on the left pane insert the 20thTDT.wmv video in the exercise folder.

12)Configure the video to start automatically.
13)Apply any Entrance animation to the contents of the Title and Text layout.
14)On slide 1, insert hyperlinks to link the contents to the corresponding slides

15)Insert hyperlinks for the titles of slides 2, 3 to link to slide 1.
16)For the Title and Text layout, insert the Next button at the bottom right corner and the Back
button at the bottom left corner.
17)Insert a new slide with the Title layout before slide 1, enter the title "Bài giảng
Powerpoint", and subtitle with two paragraphs: "Trường ĐH Tôn Đức Thắng" và "Trung
Tâm Tin Học".
18)On slide 1, insert hyperlink for the paragraph “Trường ĐH Tôn Đức Thắng" to link to the
website: cait.tdtu.edu.vn

19)Start slide show, use pointer tools to circle two paragraphs "Trường ĐH Tôn Đức Thắng"
and "Trung Tâm Tin Học" on slide 1. End slide show and keep all annotations.
20)Create handouts for the presentation using the Blank lines below slides layout, save as the
MyHandout file on the drive E:. (File  Export)
21)Export the presentation to PDF, save as the MyPDF file in the folder created in the question
