Mile run/talk: to measure aerobic capacity by


walking and/ or walking a mile distance as fast as
possible.
2. Curl up:to evaluate abdominal muscular strength
and endurance by completing as many curlups as
possible.
3. Trunk lift: trunk extensor strength and flexibility are
being included in aspen fitness testing because of its
low back health.
4. Push up: the push up to an elbow angle of 90
degrees is the recommended test of strength for the
upper body.
5. Back saver sit and reach: to evaluate the flexibility of
the lower back and hamstring muscles.
