INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FOOTBALL ACADEMIC AND CLUB

INTRODUCTION

In India many sports other than cricket are seeing a tremendous growth in gaining
popularity. But not all the sports have enough facilities to encourage people to
continue them professionally. In terms of football, despite it being the second most
popular sport it in India, does not have enough facility to produce professional
players or train them at the grassroot level. Thus, providing such facilities will help
in training and nurtureing budding talents and thus could help India to enter the
International arena of football.

AIM AND OBJECTIVE

To design a dedicated space for people to learn and play football professionally
and allow professional clubs to play their matches as well.

OBJECTIVES:

 To cultivate interactive behaviour among various group of people

 To create a space that can also promote fitness through sports
 To create a campus that can benefit all group of people

METHODOLOGY

 Topic Identification
 Site selection & Analysis
 Data Collection
 Spatial Requirements & Area formulation
 Evolution of design concepts
 Final design

PROLEM STATEMENT

Development of sports profession should not be hampered by the lack of facilities.

Tackling the lack of sports infrastructure is the main focus.

PROBLEM SIGNIFICANCE

With a population of more than 1.3 billion, India cannot be just a unisport (playing
cricket) nation. The Government has been providing many schemes like Khelo
India, Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) to identify, train and nurture sports
talents and groom them for the international stage. The results of such schemes are
clearly visible from the medal tally of the recently concluded Tokyo Olympics. To
further enhance the growth proper supporting infrastructure plays a crucial role.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

This design does not include detailed cost estimation and landscaping features due
to time constraints.

MIXED USE DEVELOPMENTS

INTRODUCTION:

It is a combination of multiple, distinct yet symbiotic functions are placed in physical proximity
to each other. The idea stems out of the concept that doing this would reduce the load transport
puts on land, infrastructure and resources. To facilitate this all project components should be
inter connected by pedestrian links although this integration can take multiple physical forms.
Projects can be mixed horizontally or vertically. Horizontal mixing includes older downtowns
where all kinds of land uses occur within close proximity.

OBJECTIVES:

 To create a built-form By applying the contemporary style of architecture,

 Making it an affordable space for all.

 Social inclusivity with shared living spaces. Promote the importance of landscapes.

 Provide Global exposure at a single place.

 To Reduce the negative impacts of urbanization on our environment.

METHODOLOGY

 Topic Identification

 Site selection & Analysis

 Data Collection

 Spatial Requirements & Area formulation

 Evolution of design concepts

 Final design

PROLEM STATEMENT:
Enhance interusablity in working and living spaces in urban area by providing

mixed use development

JUSTIFICATION:

According to my perspective there are great solutions for these urban issues ,one is a high rise
mixed use building (vertical planning) and the other one is urban integrated society (a mixed use
society in horizontal - spatial planing) Not all the places in an urban area will be suitable for a
high rise construction where as the same applies for midrise buildings, We have the
responsibility To maintain a balance between High rise and Midrise mixed use buildings in an
urban area.

With space and commute time becoming a matter of concern in several metros such
as Delhi ,Mumbai , Chennai and Bangalore, the cities are witnessing a rise in Mixed-use
projects in these macro-markets, encompassing residential, office space, retail and even other
facilities like healthcare, schools etc.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION:

 Allow for a more balanced and integrated mix of uses that include retail, offices,
commercial services, housing and civic uses to create economic and social vitality
 Provide options for commercial opportunities by designing flexibility into the initial
building to allow for subsequent reuse options
 Promotes the development of affordable housing Includes amenities and attractions that
cannot be included in single purpose projects, such as public realm that can capitalize on
the synergy of diverse uses

REQUIREMENTS:
