Dear Mr. Parris,

Request to Interview

We are Lower 6th Students of the Alexandra School, preparing for our CXC
CAPE Entrepreneurship Unit 1 Examination.

As a component of our Entrepreneurship Syllabus, we are required to complete a

School Based Assessment (SBA), where an Entrepreneur is interviewed in their
locality/community. The discussion topics are: The Entrepreneurial Mindset, The
Entrepreneurial Process, and Creativity and Innovation.

We are, therefore, requesting your permission to meet with you in order for us to
conduct an interview. We understand that you have a busy schedule and therefore
have enclosed the questions so that you can prepare in advance, hence minimizing the
interview time.

Please note that all information given will be held in strictest confidence and used
solely for the purposes of our SBA.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our group leader,
Jonathan Chester, at 846-7656, 423-0078, or jonathanchester@alexandra.edu.bb.

Yours faithfully

Jonathan Chester
