NICHE REDEFINED:
A collection of individuals struggling with the same common challenges and desiring the same
common results within a certain theme.
It’s the challenges and results that define your NICHE... not the person!
Don’t limit yourself by focusing too much on one type of person! Free yourself and focus on the
challenges/results and then, work with all sorts of folks facing these challenges and wanting
these results!
Knowing who you serve and how to articulate what you do, begins with knowing the challenges
your people face and the results they want to experience.

In the coaching industry, or in as I call it the transformational space, while there are many areas in
which people provide support, guidance and transformation with their clients, they all can really
