In reference to the above and I am now delighted to take opportunity to give you our
written QUOTATION for the construction of the above-mentioned House at FARAH
COLONY, SAIDABAD, HYDERABAD.
Our best total price for the construction of above-mentioned Building complete with
material and with the specification attached with this quotation and as per drawing given
by owner of the building is;-
FOR 1 PORTION ON FIRST FLOOR:- 7,50,000/- Indian Rupees.(SEVEN LAKHS AND
FIFTY THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES) Including all taxes.
For every extra work other than drawing and specification will charge extra.
If there is any objection or quarrel from neighbors’ or from MCH or any department. The
party have to meet the problem for salvation.
We will construct the building from start to completion and can tailor the speed of
construction to meet your demand with an average construction time from start to
completion of no more than 5—6 months approximately from the date of commencement of
the work

1. RCC STRUCTURE :

1.1 Superstructure in red bricks in cement mortar.

1.2 External walls 9” thick.
1.3 Internal walls 4 ½ “ thick.
1.4 Double coats plastering with sponge finish.
1.5 Lappam finish, P.O.P ceiling in, Halls and Bedrooms
1.6 R.C.C Framed structure as per structural design for G+3 upper floors.
1.7 1000 liters (for each floor) water tank.
1.8 Basement maximum 2.5 feet above the road level. (Including plinth Beam).

13.2 External – Weatherproof coat of Asian Exterior paints (Ace/ Apex).
13.3 Enamel paint for MS Grills, Shutter and Gates.
13.4 Main Door teak surface with melamine polish (Ground floor only)

14. PLUMBING
14.1 All concealed water line will be CPVC.
14.2 All waste water, sewrage, storm water lines will be of PVC -4kg / sq.m of
standard make. All the other exposed and concealed water line will be of PVC-
threaded type of standard make. SWG underground pipeline.
14.3 Indian and English WC, Washbasin, etc. will be Standard ISI Mark Branded
Co.
14.4 Wall mixer, Shower, Taps (long body, Short body etc.) all will be Seiko or
equivalent.
