munications equipment. Headquartered in Shenzhen, SUNSEA employs appro-

including audio Main Distribution Frame (MDF), Digital Distribution Frame (DDF),

base station accessories, etc. SUNSEA has become one of the leading suppliers

With more than 10 years professional technology and engineering ex periences,
SUNSEA domestic market occupation rate ranks first. We have 28 sales and
engineering service offices in domestic China and set up two oversea branches:

communications providers, wireless service providers and broadcast television
operators. We have good cooperation with well-known telecom equipment manu-

At present, SUNSEA owns five professional manufacture facilities covering
20000m2, including copper connectivity products manufacturing plant, optic passive
components manufacturing division, metal sheet product manufacturing division,
RF product manufacturing subsidiary , outdoor shelter plant - joint venture with
KITAMURA (Japan) . Besides, SUNSEA Guanlan manufacture base occupying
41000 m2 has been put into used in 2006 .
SUNSEA began to implement the ISO9000 quality control system in 1995.
At present, We obtained ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate issued by BSI
and TLC. In 2005, we passed the certification of ISO14001 Environmental Mana-

Overview
The optical fiber / cable management system (ODF) of SUNSEA is applicable to central offices and optical cross-
connection points of optical fiber access network projects. It provides such functions as leading in , fixing and protecting
optical cables , splicing and protecting optical fibers, storing and managing pigtails, fixing and cross-connecting optical
fibers. Meanwhile, such valuead ded modules as optical splitters and wave-division multiplexers (WDM) can be installed
as required by customers, thus enablng safe and reliable routing for connection, distribution and scheduling between
optical systems for telecom networks. At SUNSEA, we design high-level professional optical distribution systems with
system concept, standard specifications and module design as the basic philosophy, and the functional characteristics,
capacity requirements, access mode of optical networks and users' operation as the basis.
Its products cover large- /mid- / small-capacity optical fiber / cable management systems, intermediate cable distribution
systems and outdoor optical cross connection cabinets. These products satisfy needs of the current optical fiber
networks and the future service growth, and comply with the optical communication networking development tendency
and advanced application modes at home and abroad.

Brief
The system employs separate splicing and distribution frames.The functional modules are clearly classified and each
has a large capacity. Its Multiple vertical/horizontal throughways system is free of cross-connection, ensuring clear
management, facilitating fast searching of each optical fiber, and making project implementation and maintenance
more convenient. T he GPX218-M serves cable distribution while the GPX218-K serves splicing. These two
frames are used together. The GPX218-M can also be used a n intermediate distribution frame independently
and the GPX218-MS fiber-storage frame can be added to store fibers when necessary.

GP86 Optical Cable Terminal Box
Brief
It is used for straightly connecting indoor optical cables or connecting optical cables and optical fiber terminal devices.
It serves such functions as leading in, fixing and protecting optical cables, splicing and protecting optical fibers,
storing and managing pigtails, fixing and cross-connecting optical fibers. Two structures, straight connection and
branch connection, are available. The former is set with the through holes for fiber jumpers while the latter with the
installation hole for adapters.

As optical communication networks develop rapidly, the cross-connection cabinet for the outdoor optical cable is
widely applied. This series of products is mainly used for connection, distribution and dispatching of communication

Brief
The external case for the SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) outdoor optical cross connection cabinet is developed
by SUNSEA. It has such advantages as pleasing appearance, good corrosion resistance, high strength and
good waterproof performance, especially its good weathering resistance and heat insulation. These enable it to
effectively prevent moisture condensation caused by the fast change of air temperature inside and outside of the
case.
All the metal parts inside the case are made of stainless steel materials, meeting the requirements for using ribbon
cables and nonribbon cables. It has device for reliably fixing, stripping, and grounding and protecting optical cables.
All electronic and mechanical door locks have independent intellectual property rights,achieving grade
management for lock, easy to manage key-right and check on work record.

Brief
The outdoor optical cross connection cabinet with the stainless steel case has a pleasing appearance and is sprayed
by electrostatic epoxy on the surface to provide good corrosion resistance and high strength. The metal parts in the
case are made of fine quality stainless steel and the sealing strip is made of high performance rubber froth materials,
providing ozone and aging resistance, a long service life and a good waterproof performance.
It can simultaneously meet the requirements for using the ribbon cable and non-ribbon cables, with a reliable device
for fixing, stripping, grounding and protecting optical cables to facilitate application and maintenance. All the cases
use three-point latched and waterproofed door locks, and padlock is also optional as customer required.

Fiber splice Closure
Overview
Fiber Splices are often made because the length of an optical cable cannot meet the requirements; another reason is
the downlink of fiber branching. in the optical communication network.
A fiber splice closure can prevent optical cable connectors from being stretched, bent, knocked or damaged and avoid
the influence from environment. The splices should be place in the sealing unit for protection, which is called Fiber splice
Closure.
In terms of structure, fiber splice Closure includes:

GP23-JM Cap-type Fiber splice Closure
Brief
GP23-JM fiber splice closure has an elliptic vertical structure. The cap and the base are fixed and sealed with clampers and
are easy to install.
The base is configured with several inlet and outlet holes (or +1 large hole (elliptic hole)). The optical cable are sealed in two
modes: screw cap screwing sealing and heat-shrinking sealing.

Overview
Imported complete sets of manufacturing and assembling equipment and testing meters & instruments for passive
optical components from the U.S.A. and Japan, SUNSEA has developed professional production lines.
Currently, we can provide with connectors like FC, SC and ST and SFF(small from factor) optical fiber connectors
like LC, dual SCs, MT-RJ and MU, as well as multiple types and specifications of pigtails and jumpers single-mod
and single-/multi-mode ,PC/UPC/APC.
All provided optical fiber connectors (adapters, pigtails/jumpers patchcords) are tested OK by the Optical Communi-
cation Product Quality Supervision & Test Center under the Ministry of Information Industry of P. R. China.

The optical passive component products of SUNSEA

own the independent intellectual property rights, deve-
loped basing on the structure and the main technologies
of the existing product both at home and abroad through
a comprehensive analysis, integrated with the diversified
requirements of different customers.
Two patents are applied for this type of products, and the
two patents are authorized and certificated by the State
Intellectual Property Office (SIPO).
SUNSEA's optical passive component products launched
on the market have passed the product certification from

the TL Certification Center (TLC) in the communication
field,products are tested random and manufacture-s ite
is supervised every year by TLC.
