actions to make. It is better and crucial to be prepared for any disaster than do nothing and
have regrets in the end.

 We have been practicing the following preparations for how many years:

2. To bring awareness or help to other people and make them prepare for any disasters

B. Introduction
Disasters can strike at any moment and some at times that we don’t expect. Disaster
can take effect in various. In order to protect your home and family, it is important to
be prepared and have a plan in place.

C. Materials/ Methods

4. Canned goods
5. Water with long expiration dates
6. Medicine supplies
7. Blankets

D. Procedures
1. Discuss the type of disaster that might happen
2. Prepare a bag for each member of the family.
3. In every bag, there should be a

viii. Masks

4. Prepare all the necessary documents in one waterproof bag.


5. In another bag, organize the tools, radio and batteries, chargers, powerbanks, medicine
supplies, pouch bags. These things should be at one place that is easy to get during a
disaster
6. Pouch bags will be used for cellphones and other gadgets to avoid being damaged by
the water.
7. Put the emergency numbers for the hospital, the fire department, or any emergency
departments in your area.
8. Put the flashlights and whistle to any accessible and reachable parts of the house.
9. Put the fire extinguisher in the safe place where everyone can get in an minute of fire
emergency.
10. Discuss the safe places or evacuation sites for typhoons or any disaster
11. Discuss who to call for any emergency
12. Discuss the safe exit or steps when going out of the house on or before the disaster.
