1. Guidelines for Online Learning – Mr. Roger

 Some teachers are using the basic Zoom which can only last for 40 minutes. All students are required to
reconnect again in the remaining 20 minutes of the class. If they are unable, they need to communicate to
their subject teacher the reason or they will be marked absent in class.
 Students are required to attend a 10-minute video conference during homeroom time from 07.30 – 07.40 AM
which will be conducted by their homeroom teachers.
 Students are to enable the camera and make their face available.
 During video conference, students are to wear appropriate school uniform.
 Grade 6-8 will start the weekly rotation next week, 19-23 July 2021. Schedule of video conference/remote
learning classes are below.
o Grade 6A, 7A, 8A – Period 1-3 (video conference), Period 4-6 (remote learning)
o Grade 6B, 7B, 8B - Period 1-3 (remote learning), Period 4-6 (video conference)
 During remote learning, teachers are required to have a 15 minutes video conference with the students.
 Mandatory video conference teaching and learning for Grade 9-12 based on their class schedule.
 It is suggested to students to send any queries over email/WhatsApp/Line (privately) not later than 7 PM.

2. Absence / Tardiness in Class – Mr. Roger

 A student who is late in the class is required to inform their parents to contact Ms. Ade about the reason.
 A student who misses their class needs to inform their parents to contact Ms. Ade about the reason and the
student will also send an email/WA message to the homeroom teacher. Maximum absence for the school
year is 25.
