Structure features:
1. Symmetrical structure can do 360-degree flipping action and support two rolls of paper at the
same time, and can change paper without stopping the machine. The lifting, clamping, loosening,
moving, centering, and left-right translation of the original paper are all electrically controlled.
2. Each motor is equipped with a friction clutch to make the sprocket idling and slip under overload
conditions, effectively protecting the machine and the motor.
3. The raw paper force adjustment adopts pneumatic brake or manual brake, and the center adopts
conical center or expandable center. The brake is a disc brake, and the chuck is automatically
double-expanded chuck.
4. Each shaftless support is equipped with two paper feeding guides and two paper loading trolleys;
the paper loading trolley is equipped with guide wheels, which can push the original paper in place
smoothly. The guide rail is welded with No. 10 channel steel and the guide post, the paper loading

Structural features:
1. Adopt vacuum adsorption type paper guide, equipped with high pressure powerful fan. Equipped
with air volume adjustment device and suction muffler; electrical control is concentrated in the
same electrical cabinet and the distance from the host is not less than 1.5 meters, and the operating
side is fully enclosed with a side cover.
2. Universal joint drive, split structure independent drive box. The enclosed gear transmission is
oil-immersed lubrication, which can prolong the service life of the gear.
3. The corrugated roller has a diameter of Ø280mm and is made of 48CrMo high-quality alloy steel.
After quenching and tempering, quenching, surface polishing and chromium plating, the hardness
is above HRC60 degrees, and the vertical displacement is controlled by an air cylinder.
The pressure roller has a diameter of Ø280mm and is made of No. 45 medium carbon steel. The
surface is ground and chrome-plated. The cylinder controls the up and down displacement.

7. FV-B Double facer machine:
★ Structural features:

1. Provide starch adhesives for single-sided machines, secondary gluing and other gluing
equipment.
2. The horizontal glue making machine can prepare the main glue and the carrier glue at the same
time, and mix and stir, and the glue production is large.
3. The glue in the large round tank storage barrel is transported by the glue pump to the storage
barrels of each glue equipment to provide glue for the equipment.
4. The storage barrels, storage barrels, and supply barrels of the glue-making room have their own
mixing devices to avoid precipitation and agglomeration of the glue.
5. The glue making device is composed of a carrier tank, a main tank, a storage tank, and a glue
feeding pump and a glue back pump.
6. The glue-making system adopts cyclic glue supply, and the remaining glue flows into the
glue-back square bucket, and the liquid level float is automatically controlled. The glue in the
glue-back square bucket is returned to the storage bucket of the glue equipment for recycling. Glue,
save glue, prevent glue gelatinization and agglomeration precipitation in the glue tray.

pipeline glue pump is pumped back into the storage barrel of the glue room for next use.
