INVESTMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN

The lender (Ifunanya Davidson) is willing to invest the sum of one hundred thousand naira
(N100,000) in Lendee (Ogenyi Ogaba Sunday) Business at the interest rate of 12.5% annually.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

1. The lendee will send N5000 monthly to the lender for a period of 10 months totally
N50,000

2. The N5000 serve as the interest for the invested sum

3. At the end of 12 calendar month, the lendee will return the sum invested or reinvestment
can be negotiated based on the lenders decision

4. If the lendee is diseased while the contract is still active, the next of kin of the lendee
shall be liable for the re-payment

5. The lender will forfiet the interest if she intends to terminate the contract before the end
of the stipulated period.
