RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

I, RODERICK CRUZADO , acknowledge that my employment with Greatfacade Systems Inc..

(“GSI”), validly ceased effective APRIL 17,2021, that I have received the amount of FOUR
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY ONE AND 25/100 ONLY ( Php.4,251.25) and benefits due
me arising out of or in connection with my employment with Greatfacade, with the total amount of
representing the full and final settlement of any and all claims I may have against Greatfacade as a
consequence of my employment with Greatfacade or the cessation thereof.

Furthermore, and in consideration of the foregoing –

1. I release, remise, and forever discharge Greatfacade, its owners, officers, directors, agents
or employees from any action, claim for sum of money, or other obligations arising from all
incidents of my employment with Greatfacade or the cessation of such employment.

2. I acknowledge that I am physically fit for work and, therefore, am not suffering from any
disability for which Greatfacade may be held liable.

3. I will not at any time, in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly engage in any
activity prejudicial to the interest of Greatfacade , its owners, officers, directors, agents or
employees, and will not disclose any information concerning the business of the
Greatfacade, its manner of operation, its plans, processes or data of any kind.

4. I acknowledge that I have no cause of action, complaint, case or grievance whatsoever

against Greatfacade, its owners, officers, directors, agents or employees in respect of any
matter incident to or arising out of my employment with Greatfacade or the cessation
thereof. I further warrant that I will not institute any action against Greatfacade, its owners,
officers, directors, agents or employees and will not continue and cease to prosecute any
pending action which I may have filed or which may have been filed on my behalf.

5. I manifest that the grant to me of the amounts hereinabove stated shall not be taken by
me, my heirs or assigns as a confession or admission of liability on the part of Greatfacade,
its owners, officers, directors, agents or employees for any matter, cause demand or claim
for damage which I may have against any or all of them.

6. I further expressly undertake to forever keep in confidence and not divulge to any party
without exception, the matter or this release, waiver and quitclaim, including its execution
and the terms and conditions hereof.

7. I agree that I will be liable for damages resulting from my breach of any or all of the terms
and conditions of this release, waiver and quitclaim. Such award shall include but not be
limited to the return of whatever sums may have been paid to me by virtue hereof.

8. I finally declare that I have read this entire document, the contents of which have been
explained to me and which I acknowledge to understand, and the entire release, waiver and
quitclaim hereby given are made by me willingly, voluntarily, and with full knowledge of my
rights under the law.
