A lot of people still find it challenging on how to maintain a flat stomach and lose weight.

with the recent development of things concerning the lockdown in the country, many ladies are
yet to manage their eating habit and watch what they eat.

A lot of friends are still wondering how I managed to maintain my body size, especially my flat
stomach, during the lockdown till now.

No because say I no dey eat, but, because I dey manage wetin dey enter my mouth.

Keeping your stomach flat is like devoting music to music until you explode. I'm going to share
with you few tips on how to lose weight and keep that stomach flay during this lockdown and
beyond.

TAKE PROBIOTICS

What are probiotics? Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for you, especially your
digestive system.

We generally think of them as germs that cause disease. But already, our body is full of bacteria,
both "beneficial" and "non beneficial" because they help keep the gut healthy.

Most importantly, is that they tend to play an important role in losing and maintaining weight.

Study found that people who are overweight and obese have a different composition of gut
bacteria than people of normal weight, which can influence weight gain and distribution of fat.

A regular intake of probiotics can change the balance towards a beneficial intestinal flora,
reducing the risk of weight gain and fat accumulation in the abdominal cavity.

Certain strains of probiotics are particularly effective in reducing abdominal fat, including:

Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus amylovorus, Lactobacillus gasseri.

Foods containing probiotics include certain types of yogurt, pickles, soft cheese, sour milk, etc.

can also help you get rid of many illnesses.

It keeps the intestine clean, the mind happy, it increases immunity and the functioning of the
heart.

As we all know, protein is an important nutrient for weight loss.

to be an essential way to help lose weight.

BURN CALORIES WITH ANAEROBIC EXERCISE

We all know that it is a well-known fact that you need to reduce your calorie intake to produce
weight loss. Simply by adding an additional 5 minutes of cardiovascular activity to your
workouts (before or after).

This can help burn fat and keep your stomach flat. But having said that, should I tell you that
restricting your calorie intake too much can backfire on you? Eating a few calories can

AVOID ALCOHOL

AVOID STRESS

Stress and anxiety can lead to the overproduction of a certain hormone called cortisol which
stimulates weight gain in the abdomen area. So try to stay calm.

ADEQUATE WATER

Drink enough water to flush out toxins at all times. These will give you two benefits: shiny skin
and a flat stomach.

Drinking water not only means having gallons of water a day but also drinking healthy drinks
like antioxidant green teas and fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Examples of such drinks are beet juice, celery juice, carrot juice, etc.

I can go on indefinitely making sure on how to keep your stomach flat and lose weight, but in all
of this, if you don't maintain a good diet and regular training, all would be in vain.

Do not forget to also add abdominal exercises that help with weight loss and abdominal fat loss.
