 How do I use technology on a daily basis?

What I do most of the time with technology is listen to music, it is the

main thing in my life since it makes me feel good about myself, it
encourages me to do any of my daily activities, besides all this I like to
be able to know new songs day after day, then what I also do is play
video games, I no longer dedicate so many hours, maybe one or two
hours maximum, but I also quite like video games.

What I am also doing often is watching movies, videos, series,

anything related to entertainment, since it is a way to distract myself, to
this entertainment if I dedicate time, that is, I can see up to 3 movies in
a row without problem, now that I like a lot.

And sometimes I know that technology can help us develop our

thinking, improve knowledge, etc. What I also start to see thanks to the
internet are documentaries, I like them a lot but more that are related to
things from the past, such as the subject of the Nazis, Judaism, world
wars, earthquakes, explosions, everything that happened in Chernobyl,
and all these great stories.
