TURNING FAILURES INTO SUCCESS

“Make enough mistakes. You fall, you stand up. Any mistake is an income. It is a wonderful
revenue. Don’t worry about the money. Money follows people. People should follow their
dreams.”
- Jack Ma

I fall therefore I succeed. If I were asked, I want to say that I hate failures, I hate
disappointments. But I realized, I should never view my failures as a disadvantage. Instead,
comprehend that me, experiencing and overcoming adversity is actually one of my biggest
advantage.

To start, I want to compliment that the video was inexplicably and undeniably motivating and it
served as an inspiration especially to the young ones. Indeed, failure is not a step backward; it’s
an excellent stepping stone to success. The lesson I majorly learned in the video was to
embrace failure and see it as an avenue on the way to success. Failing is an inevitable part of
creating our destiny, and the video gave me the idea to start looking at the symmetric side of
failure.

Despite failures and setbacks and disappointments, perseverance and determination to one’s
goals would eventually be requited. I also grasped that failure is temporary, and failure is good
even if it feels really bad when it occurred. When something moves imprecise, we need to
remind ourselves that something good is waiting ahead of us so look out for the greater essence
of the experience and expect that eventually, it will turn out the way we expect it to be. Yes,
failure can feel so terrible in the moment and it’s difficult to move past the regret but we have to
stand still and be resilient; be strong and buoyant. Resiliency means having the capability to
move forward, to keep going and bounce back no matter how much time it will take and energy
it will require. There will always be aspects of our lives where we need to maintain the gas pedal
passing, and times when we will demand to acquire when to put the brakes on a losing
proposition. The key is to be able to tune in to our intuition and gut and stay away from our
fears. When we know it is the right decision for us, we must stand still and never give up.

The last realisation that I had is that even if no one believes that you can, it doesn’t matter. It
doesn’t matter if they doubt you, if they tell you that you are not suitable enough and good
enough for the goals you are settling for yourself. You may be the only person who believes in
you but it’s enough because it takes just one star to pierce a universe of darkness. What’s
important is that, you believe in yourself. You believe that big dreams can come true, even if you
know that it will take it time, toughness and conquering circumstances to make your dreams a
reality. You believe that your dreams doesn’t have to be a mounting struggle and can be
reflected with prosperity, calmness and peace. Listen to what your heart wants. Look out for
your dreams. Believe in yourself because the road to success is paved with failures.

Always remember that every setback is a setup for a come-back.
