Assessment of Infrastructural Maintenance Culture. A Case Study of College of


Engineering, Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic
I am a Student of the department of Civil engineering, Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic,
Katsina undertaking a HND project research. I wish to request for your participation in this
study by completing this questionnaire. The research is being undertaken to find out from
lecturers, students and professionals on the ‘Assessment of Infrastructural Maintenance
Culture. A Case Study of College of Engineering, Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic’. The
questionnaire is divided into three sections (A-B). Section A was designed to obtain
background information of the respondents, section B to assess the infrastructural
maintenance culture in H.U.K Poly. Please, note that the data obtained from you will be
treated with strict confidence and will be used for research purposes only. Be assured that
