electronic communications, telephone numbers, e-mails and otherwise, of any documentations,
instruments and materials provided to you by or on behalf of myself in connection with the business we
have speaking until this date because these documents have to be considered proprietary information and
Trade Secrets. You are further directed to immediately give notice of the contents hereof to any your
partners, associates, employees, officers, directors, attorneys, agents, representatives, clients and
affiliates, Intermediaries or Brokers, who have been involved in these matters.

Your full cooperation with this notice is EXPECTED and REQUIRED. Therefore UNDER PENALTY OF LAW, do
nothing that will place you or your associates in violation of this notice.
